How long will my order take?
Every piece is printed when you order it. Printing usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery then takes about 3–8 business days in the US, 5–10 in Canada, and 7–20 for most other countries. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Many of our pieces are printed in your own region (US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia), so they arrive faster.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders printed in your own country have no import fees. For orders shipped across a border, local duties or taxes may be charged by the courier on delivery. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
Can I return or exchange something?
Every piece is made to order, so we can't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us within 21 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, free. Customers in the EU and UK can also return any order within 14 days. See our Refund policy for the details.
How do I pick my size?
Each product has its own size chart, since different garments fit differently. Check the chart on the product page, or see our Size guide.
What does unisex fit mean?
Unisex pieces are cut to fit everyone. They usually run a little roomier than a fitted women's cut, so size down if you prefer a closer fit.
How do I care for my piece?
Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
