Terms of service

1. Who we are

Vishthetica is an independent clothing brand based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. This store runs on Shopify. By browsing or buying here, you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, our Shipping policy and our Privacy policy.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if there’s a pricing or stock error, or if we suspect fraud. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include the item only. Shipping, and taxes where they apply, are added at checkout before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never on an order we’ve already confirmed.

4. Products

Every piece is made to order. Product photos are close representations. Fabric colour, print colour and exact print placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Each product page has its own size chart and materials.

5. Returns, refunds and shipping

These are covered in our Refund policy and Shipping policy, which are part of these terms.

6. Our designs

All designs, text, photos, sounds and stories on this site belong to Vishthetica. You can’t copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission. Sharing links and posting photos of yourself wearing our pieces is always welcome.

7. Using the site

Don’t use this site for anything unlawful, to disrupt it, or to try to get into parts of it you shouldn’t. We may close accounts that do.

8. Liability

We make every piece carefully, but we can’t promise the site will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada. If you live in another country, you also keep any consumer protections your local law gives you.
