Production

Every piece is made to order. Printing or embroidery usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Embroidered pieces can take a little longer.

Delivery times

After your order ships, delivery usually takes:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
UK, EU and Australia: 5–15 business days
Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather and customs can add time. If you order several items, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what’s in your bag. You’ll see the full cost before you pay.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as each parcel ships.

Duties and import taxes

Many pieces are made in the US, Canada, UK, EU or Australia, close to you. If your order crosses a border, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These aren’t included in our prices, and you pay them to the courier.

Outside the EU and UK, if a parcel is refused or the duties aren’t paid, the carrier may return or dispose of it. Because it was made to order, we can’t refund it in that case.

Your address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we’ll fix it before production. Parcels sent to a wrong address entered at checkout are covered under “Lost or undelivered parcels” in our Refund policy.
